We believe in making life as simple as it can be here at Impressive Platters, which is why we have created a way for you to quickly and easily access all of your previously placed online orders and favourite them too!

 

This means, by simply logging into your online membership account, you can re-order your past order/s. You can also ‘favourite’ past successful orders you wish to use again in future! You may also ‘favourite’ your most-loved items to have them ready to re-order again in future!

 

How to Re-Order a Previously Placed Order:

  1. Log in to your Online Membership Account
  2. Select Order History
  3. Select the Order of your choice by selecting View Order and select Reorder
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your order!

 

How to ‘Favourite’ a Previously Placed Order:

  1. Log in to your Online Membership Account
  2. Select Order History
  3. Select the Order you wish to view and select Favourite
  4. You can view your favourite orders in Favourite Orders

 

How to ‘Favourite’ an Item:

  1. Log in to your Online Membership Account
  2. Browse our range of products on our menu and select the small heart icon, found on the top right-hand corner of the image to favourite the item
  3. You can view your favourite items in Favourite Items after logging into your online account!
