Our offices and commercial kitchen are located just 5 minutes from Melbourne CBD, near Queen Victoria Market.
We deliver throughout Melbourne and across Victoria to corporate clients. Our standard delivery zone covers Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs with free delivery for orders over $60. For outer metro suburbs, please check our Delivery Suburb viewer on our homepage or contact us to discuss delivery options.
Our minimum order is $60 for delivery within Melbourne CBD. This ensures we can provide our signature quality service while keeping delivery costs manageable.

Certainly! We deliver to your preferred location or you can collect from our premises. Simply coordinate timing with our catering consultants when placing your order.

Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date for account holders and those corporate clients who have ordered in the past. If it is your first time and your company does not have an account with us, upfront credit card payment, 24 hours-7 days prior to your event (depending on size) will be necessary.
Invoices are emailed on the next business day after your event day.
We accept all major cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, and corporate cards. We also accept cash on delivery, and direct bank transfers. Card surcharges: 1.6% (Visa/MasterCard, Amex/Diners).

Yes, all prices include GST.
- Orders under 25 people or $400: Cancel by 11:00am, one business day prior
- Buffet meals: Cancel by 11:00am, two business days prior
- Orders over 25 people or $400: Cancel two business days prior (25-50% fee applies)
- Orders over $1,000: Cancel three business days prior (up to 50% fee may apply)
- Orders over $3,000: Cancel three business days prior (50% fee applies)
Everyone deserves delicious food, regardless of dietary needs. Our expert culinary team creates impressive dishes for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, FODMAP, keto, dairy free, low fructose and halal requirements.
Products displaying the dietary symbol such as Vegan or Gluten free indicate that a Vegan or Gluten free version is available, but you must actively select the dietary option on the product page to ensure your order is prepared to suit. Simply seeing the dietary symbol does not automatically make your order, for example, Vegan or Gluten free - please tick the checkbox in the Dietary Options section on the product page when placing your order to guarantee your meal meets the particular dietary standards.

A ‘round’ is a whole sandwich, roll, or wrap. One round = one whole item. This item is cut into two, three, or four pieces, for
e.g.: an Impressive Point Sandwich (one round) is cut into four triangles (four pieces), whereas a Half Cut Wrap (one round) is cut in half (two pieces).
