How It Works

1. Submit Your Quote - provide us with a written quote from another registered catering company within 7 days of receiving it.

2. We'll Review & Compare - our team will assess the competitor's quote to ensure it matches our service standards and offerings.  The competitor's quote must be for the same or very similar menu items, portion sizes, and service conditions (including delivery, setup, and event location).

3. We Beat the Price - our team will verify the details and if the quote qualifies, we'll provide you with a tailored quote with a better price for a superior service.

Eligibility Requirements

✅ What We'll Match:

  • Corporate catering services in Melbourne and surrounding areas
  • Comparable menu items, portion sizes, and service levels
  • Written quotes from licensed catering businesses
  • Same delivery area and event requirements

❌ What We Don't Match:

  • Promotional, clearance, or limited-time offers
  • Quotes lacking detailed service inclusions (e.g., delivery fees, portion sizes, or set-up inclusions)
  • Home-based or unlicensed catering operations
  • Interstate or significantly different service areas

Terms & Conditions

  • Quote must be submitted within 7 days of issue
  • Competitor's quote must be for identical or very similar services
  • Price beat applies to the total catering package, not individual items
  • Management reserves the right to verify quotes with the competitor
