Every time you order online from Impressive Platters, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for exclusive rewards, complimentary platters, upgrades, VIP access, and more. The more you spend, the more you’re rewarded!

Points are added when your order is confirmed, processed and paid for. Bonus points (such as reviews or referrals) may take a little longer to appear.
No – points are only earned for orders placed directly through our website.
You start earning points as soon as you register and place your first order via our website. Once you’ve collected enough points for a reward, you can redeem them.
Using Points & Rewards
You may log in to your account anytime to check your total points balance.
No – points are not transferable, cannot be converted to cash, and can only be redeemed by the member who earned them.
No, Impressive Rewards cannot be combined with other special offers, early bird discounts, or seasonal promotions.
If an order is refunded, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your balance.

Yes, we’ll deliver your complimentary birthday platter (or cake, depending on level) either the Friday before or the Monday after.
Maintaining & Growing Rewards Level
There are four levels. Your level is based on how much you spend (and points earned):
Each level comes with even bigger birthday gifts, complimentary platters, upgrades, exclusive invites, and premium perks. The higher your level, the bigger and more exclusive your benefits become.
Your level is based on the total points you’ve accumulated. As you keep ordering, you’ll either maintain your level or move up to the next one. If there is no account activity for 6 months, unused points expire and your membership may be downgraded or cancelled.
Yes, points will expire if there’s no account activity for six months. To keep your points active, simply place an order, or participate in a bonus activity.
Each level comes with special birthday surprises:
If your birthday falls on a weekend, we’ll deliver your gift the Friday before or Monday after.
At certain levels, you’ll receive complimentary upgrades on platters each year. For example, you might choose to upgrade your smaller sized platter to a larger version at no cost.
As a VIP Diamond member, you’ll gain access to exclusive auctions, where you can bid on special bundled catering packages, premium products or experiences and unique Impressive rewards. Details of each auction (timing, bidding rules, and items) will be announced in advance.
Membership Management
No, accounts are individual. Each Impressive Member must earn and redeem rewards under their own membership.
No, each account is individual and linked to the member who registers. However, if your company places bulk orders under one registered account, all points will accumulate to that account.
The membership stays with the registered individual. If a business needs a company-wide account, we recommend setting it up under a shared office/company email address so points stay with the business.
You can cancel anytime by notifying us in writing. Please note that if cancelled, all accrued points will be forfeited.
Yes – we may update or make changes to the program at any time. If the program is ever discontinued, we’ll notify members and give 30 days to redeem any remaining points before they expire.
