We want to make sure all your needs are catered for, and sometimes ordering via a simple email is the way to go! Similar to ordering over the phone, please be prepared to provide the following details to catering@impressiveplatters.com.au
- Your Impressive Membership number (if you have one). If you’re a new client we will create one for you
- Date and time of your delivery
- Number of expected attendees. Any additional delivery details and instructions, including a primary contact person and their phone number
- Order details, with quantities. If you’re unsure of what you’d like to order, or how much to order, our experienced catering consultants will be happy to help!
- Once you have sent your email, you will receive a confirmation email in return. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please call us or respond to the email. If you don’t receive a response via email by 5pm, please contact us immediately
- To ensure most items from our product range are available to you, please place your order by 3pm, at least one working day prior to your function. For same-day orders or last-minute requests, please refer to our Express Menu.
