On-time Delivery

Our number one priority is you, our client, which is why we strive to deliver exceptional service from the moment you place your order to the completion of your event. As part of our first-class service experience, we do all within our power to have your delicious goods delivered on-time, every-time.


We strive to deliver within the following parameters:

  • When delivering cold food, we may deliver any time within a 30 minute window prior to your specified delivery time. This gives you sufficient time to prepare and set-up, and allows us to work around any unforeseen circumstances that may arise, such as road blocks, traffic congestion, loading dock delays or construction.* 
  • When delivering hot food, we may deliver any time within a 15 minute window prior to your specified delivery time. This will ensure the food stays warm, but allows us to work around unexpected delivery issues that may arise, such as road blocks, traffic congestion, loading dock delays or construction.*

*Please note: Although we do everything within our power to get your order to you in a timely fashion, occasionally circumstances outside of our control will arise, causing unexpected delays to your delivery. When this occurs, we will notify you immediately so you can make any needed adjustments to your schedule.
