We want to make sure all your needs are catered for, and sometimes ordering via a simple email is the way to go! Similar to ordering over the phone, please be prepared to provide the following details to [email protected] 

 

  1. Your Impressive Membership number (if you have one). If you’re a new client we will create one for you
  2. Date and time of your delivery
  3. Number of expected attendees. Any additional delivery details and instructions, including a primary contact person and their phone number
  4. Order details, with quantities. If you’re unsure of what you’d like to order, or how much to order, our experienced catering consultants will be happy to help! 
  5. Once you have sent your email, you will receive a confirmation email in return. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please call us or respond to the email. If you don’t receive a response via email by 5pm, please contact us immediately
  6. To ensure most items from our product range are available to you, please place your order by 3pm, at least one working day prior to your function. For same-day orders or last-minute requests, please refer to our Express Menu
