Our spectacular kitchen was built with the assistance of experts from the Health Department at the City of Melbourne to ensure all HACCP regulations were met and continue to be upheld.

 

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.

 

This is a preventative food safety system whereby every step of the manufacturing, storing, and distribution of a food product is scientifically analysed for microbiological, physical, and chemical hazards.


HACCP is important because it prioritises and controls potential hazards in food production. By monitoring and controlling major food risks, such as microbiological, chemical, and physical contaminants, we can confidently assure our clients that our products are as safe as good sense, science, and technology allows.
