When working in a busy corporate environment, we understand that unexpected circumstances often arise, which can affect your catering order. We try to be as flexible as possible and will do our very best to cater to all your last minute changes.
General guidelines:
All cancellations and reductions need to be made before 11:30am one business day prior to your delivery. See Cancellations for more information
You may add to or increase your order up until the day of your delivery, and sometimes even on the day (when stock availability allows). If you call before your delivery leaves the kitchen, we will do our very best to provide you with any last minute requirements
If your order is for a Monday, cancellations or reductions must be made before 11:30am on the Friday prior, as we do not operate on the weekends
