Once you’re happy with your order, you can confirm it in one of three ways: online via your shopping cart, in writing via email, or over the phone. Please see Placing an Order and Ordering Tips for more information. Before you confirm your order, make sure you’ve included all the necessary information, such as dietary requirements and food quantities. If you’re unsure about food quantities, simply let us know and we’ll take care of all the calculations! When ordering online, we highly suggest selecting ‘Recommended Amount’ before adding an item to your cart.

Before you can truly sit back and relax, you must wait to receive a confirmation email from us. If you confirmed and sent your order online, you will receive an auto responder email from the website browser; please note that this isn’t the official confirmation. The official confirmation of your order will arrive via a personalised email from one of our friendly customer service team members! See Placing an Order and FAQ’s for more information.

Once your order has been confirmed and you’re happy with the details, your job is done! As the big day approaches, now is the time to sit back, relax, and let us do all the hard work. The day has arrived. We’ll be busy chopping, whipping, cooking, and packing your epicurean delights while you mingle with your co-workers. We’ll deliver to your premises within a 15-30 minute window prior to your selected delivery time (please see On Time Delivery for more information).
