Each of our clients’ ordering needs is different – some have been ordering with us for years and like a streamlined click-and-go process, while others are new to the Impressive team and desire more involvement from our catering specialists! As a result, we have several ordering options available to suit everyone’s needs. As an existing client, simply log in using your membership number. From there you will have access to your past orders and favourite products, making the process even easier. Remember, if you have any questions while completing your online order, we are only a phone call away!

2. Business Hours Phone Service
For those looking for a more personalised and guided shopping experience, try placing your order over the phone! We are available between 8:30am and 5:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday on 03 9320 5000, and love chatting to both our new and existing clients – we will be more than happy to take you through the ordering process quickly and smoothly.

3. 24 Hour Answering Machine Service
We understand that sometimes it's impossible to get through the daily ‘to do’ list within business hours, which is why we have a 24 hour answering machine service. This allows you to make your order request at any time of day (or night) ! We will return your call bright and early the following business day to confirm all requests
